  • 5 sessions of 90 minutes over a 3-month period
  • Understanding the context and contracting for specific outcomes
  • Use of co-active model of coaching
  • Using of Transactional Analysis and Neuro-linguistic Programing tools to create awareness
  • Listening to the unsaid, the fears and assumptions and bringing it to client’s awareness through powerful questioning
  • Giving space and time to the client to act on agreed actions

  • The coaching sessions helped the client to become aware of the reservations she held in becoming part of the startup
  • She had the opportunity to examine her assumptions and self-beliefs and create a higher level of awareness
